Stonehaven Chill Skills for Tweens & Teens
March 5 @ 5:00 pm - 6:00 pm GMT
Chill Skills is aimed at young people from approximately 11 years old to 15. The first Chill Skills block will be delivered in 4 weekly 1 hour sessions. Each week we will focus on a different topic and we will be working through our own personal Journals.
Course content will be established based on the participants.

Chill Skills is great for young people who would like to improve; self-esteem, emotional intelligence, better results, confidence, focus, positive outlook and resilience.
Chill Skills come with lots free complimentary resources that can be used to support the learning at home. Parents can get involved and use the homework as an opportunity to talk with their child (if the young person is willing to share). Young people have a higher chance of creating positive habits if family‘buys-in’ to the techniques taught in the sessions.
