People often find their first experience with yoga is pregnancy and this is open to beginners to more experienced Yoginis. Through gentle, slow movement, breathing (pranayama), mindfulness, meditation and most importantly relaxation, we spend an hour listening to our body, mind, heart.
This class was created to connect with like-minded Mums and to maybe find the support of a tribe, when you need it most. Welcome to attend class after your first trimester scan ( usually 12 weeks).
£7 drop-in / book online and block booking all available. I like to keep things as flexible as possible to encourage you to listen to your own intuition as a mother of what works best for you and your baby.

Description: This 3 hour course specifically covers the age range birth to puberty. It is deal for Parents to be, Parents and Grandparents. A relaxed session with no test papers, but covers key subjects that we all worry about with children.Young babies are welcome to attend too.
The course is delivered by Fran – a Paramedic with 16 years experience and Mum of 2!
The cost is £30pp, or £25pp if a couple from same household. This includes refreshments, a certificate of attendance, a memory jogger and a first aid manual – perfect for refresher purposes.
