Family Quiz Night – 21st February 2020

Forest Fun @ Fairy Woods

OWLS CIC Bennachie Saturday Club

Description: These sessions are child-led so children can ‘go do what they need to do,’ and feel great!! Our staff will be on hand to ensure that the children have a wide range of opportunities to explore and  investigate imaginatively, as well as teach children the practical skills they need to handle tools and equipment safely.

So come along and give it a try – create imaginative games, make new friends, build dens, light fires, cook on a campfire, relax and dream in hammocks, test your balancing skills, enjoy nature, and more!!

AFC Community Trust Day | Aberdeen v Ross County

Great Scot: Free Walking Tour of Old Aberdeen

Pregnancy Yoga

Description: Pregnancy is a time of great changes and yoga is a wonderful way to explore them. People often find their first experience with yoga is pregnancy and this is open to beginners to more experienced Yoginis. Through gentle, slow movement, breathing (pranayama), mindfulness, meditation and most importantly relaxation, we spend an hour listening to our body, mind, heart.

This class was created to connect with like-minded Mums and to maybe find the support of a tribe, when you need it most. Welcome to attend class after your first trimester scan ( usually 12 weeks).

£7 drop-in / book online and block booking all available. I like to keep things as flexible as possible to encourage you to listen to your own intuition as a mother of what works best for you and your baby.

Baby Massage and Movement Class

You do not need any previous experience of baby massage, but it is an ideal follow-on to a baby massage course.

Infant and Child First Aid awareness 

Organiser: Little Lives First Aid

Where: Banchory-Ternan West Parish Church 

Date:  Tuesday 25th February 2020 Time:  18:30 – 21:30

Description: This 3 hour course specifically covers the age range birth to puberty. It is deal for Parents to be, Parents and Grandparents. A relaxed session with no test papers, but covers key subjects that we all worry about with children.Young babies are welcome to attend too.

The course is delivered by Fran – a Paramedic with 16 years experience and Mum of 2!

The cost is £30pp, or £25pp if a couple from same household. This includes refreshments, a certificate of attendance, a memory jogger and a first aid manual – perfect for refresher purposes.
