Finding a support network of mums who really get what you are going through is so important, and that’s how this group came to be. Come along to our first group between 11-1 (drop in, no need to book) on Friday 23rd February, at Cults Kirk Centre. You’ll find us in the spacious Bennachie room, with lift access and plenty of space to park your buggy. A £2 suggested donation to cover room hire is appreciated.

If you need more information, please email solastamama@gmail.com

And the support doesn’t end there – join the Solasta Mamas Facebook group to connect with other local mums, and share the trials, tribulations and triumphs of life with a tiny human, without having to move off the sofa – click here http://www.facebook.com/groups/solastamamameetups
