Dinner Stories started 6 years ago (under another name!) and has slowly developed into a lifestyle blog with a goal of celebrating everything Aberdeen & shire has to offer, as well as Stories from my travels around the world

Thing to do: Explore the surrounding area – from castles to hills – and always stop off somewhere fine to eat!
Place to Eat: Yatai izakaya – never had a bad meal!
Place to Visit: Orchid! I love the relaxed vibes in this cocktail bar.
Place to Shop: Cloudy Blue on Rosemount – the owner sells her own drawings on cards & some lovely gifts!

Other than Aberdeen City & Shire where would you most like to live?
Ha this changes often, but I really love Edinburgh!
Where in the world is on the top of your dream list to visit?
Right now japan & more of Asia are up there! I’m trying to figure out a plan to see Malaysia, Singapore & more of Thailand for my 30th birthday.
What do you love about Scotland?
What is your ideal holiday (with kids):
I don’t have kids but would love to see the look on my nieces & nephews faces at Disneyland!
What is your ideal holiday (without kids):
Any walkable city with lots of sight seeing and cool foodie places. We recently went to Seville & Ronda in Spain & loved it! Barcelona & Valencia are high on my list for next time.
If you could order your favourite foods, what would be your ideal 3 course meal?
I’m obsessed with gyoza so I’d have them for starters, then Christmas dinner with proper home made roast tatties, followed by a chocolate peanut butter bombe!
Favourite film or TV programme Films:
Outlander! I also love the marvel films.
What do you enjoy doing most in your spare time?
I love just getting out and about discovering new places, being outdoors & hiking too. Most of all I just like to eat!
